The EEB Analytics System is a scientific-based people diagnostics suite developed since 1998 by Afriforte and the WorkWell Research Unit at the Faculty of Economic and Management Sciences of the North-West University, Potchefstroom, South Africa.

Standardised, Culturally Sensitive,  and Norm-Based

The EEB Analytics System measures employee effectiveness via the standardized, culturally sensitive,  and norm-based Afriforte Staff Reflection Scale.

The Afriforte Staff Reflection Scale measures multiple staff effectiveness dimensions. Certain dimensions are pre-set because these dimensions are the most important indicators of staff effectiveness while other dimensions are optional to make the instrument customizable for each company’s needs in terms of measurement efficiency. The instrument has the power to evaluate the following staff effectiveness outcomes:

Upon completing the Afriforte Staff Reflection Scale, staff members receive an immediate personal feedback report regarding their work-related wellbeing status with tips to address risks (optional).
